Returns Period
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or personalised products (unless faulty)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
